The fee once paid will not be refunded except when you paid the fee but could not attend any of the classes. However, the request for a refund should happen before we commence the classes (at least 2 days in advance). In the above case, we will retain the registration fee and refund the remaining amount (if any).
Reschedule Policy:
Once the registration of a candidate for the course is completed, and the candidate fails to attend the same batch for some unavoidable reasons, he or she must obtain prior permission from the directors or trainers so they can be accommodated in the next batch.
Once the candidate is registered, we carefully study their profiles to understand the kinds of roles and responsibilities they should be assigned during the course. We want to make the course interactive and make sure every candidate gives their 100% and becomes the real professional we want them to be.
Please know that, we don’t register more than 15–20 candidates per batch. Considering the same, it would be very tough for us to arrange a seat immediately. Nevertheless, we request that the candidate inform us of their intentions to reschedule in advance so we can manage the conflict.
